People want to live in the country for a variety of reasons. But the main reason is the sense of privacy they receive when they live outside of the city. My clients want to purchase a property to build their dream home, and maintain privacy in a beautiful setting.

To start the process, I’ll ask questions to get a sense of your lifestyle, your dream property, your price range, and what is important to you. Then we’ll drive the countryside to see what’s available. I’ll ask you to put on boots and jeans so we can go for a hike. The Spokane region boasts some truly beautiful homes and properties. I think we’ll find just what you are hoping for. I will always accommodate you with enough time to view properties you’ll like, but I also know that your time is valuable and won’t waste it.

Many of my clients are relocating to Spokane from out of state. I am proud of this region, and love to share the history and special features of this place. I often take them on a tour of downtown, Riverfront Park, and historic parts of Spokane. We’ll view the waterfall that Spokane is famous for, get a sense of Spokane’s grand past and then discuss where I think the region’s future is headed.

My clients gain the advantage that they can see my listings before they even are on the market and listings are signed. It’s great to see what’s available before everyone else knows about it.

One of my goals is to change the way you think about property ownership. I look at real estate for my clients like a financial planner looks at investments. Homes and property should appreciate in value, and I guide my clients to properties that will suit their needs and ultimately, increase their net worth.

A real estate purchase is likely the largest single purchase you’ll ever make in your life. Part of my job is keeping my clients from making a costly mistake. That’s a responsibility I take very seriously. I also maintain great relationships with regional architects and builders and can assist you with the design and construction of your custom home.
