Electricians, painters, landscapers and carpenters are at my disposal and can assist in getting your home in “sale shape” much quicker than trying to do that yourself.

I have great relationships with other realtors and work closely with them to complete the purchase. Tax issues, the closing schedule, financing… all of these issues are addressed as part of the sale.

I sell a high-percentage of my own listings. While I have a positive relationship with other Realtors, and encourage them to look at my listings, I have found that a lot of my clients end up purchasing homes and properties that I am listing, or properties that aren’t even on the market at the time I show them.
